Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our training classes. This includes concealed carry classes, Beginners Guide or Private range, VIP Gold, Sheepdog Masterclass and Sheepdog Bootcamp classes. You may reschedule your class as many times as you need within one year of purchase with no additional fee as long as you reschedule your concealed carry class within 4 hours of your class start time by clicking the "Reschedule" link inside your booking confirmation email.
If you not not notify us that you will not be attending your scheduled class, you will be marked a "no-show." Once your student account has been marked as a "no-show" you will not be able to reschedule until you reach out to us at

ONLINE COURSES:
Please understand we cannot take back an online course or digitally delivered product. If you have an issue with a course or other digital product, STOP, log out and contact us immediately. Unfortunately, if you have watched or completed more than 10% of the course or digital product we can no longer offer a refund.
Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order. We are always willing to work with our students to provide the best service possible.
RANGE CLASSES AND IN PERSON SCHEDULED COURSES:
All classes expire after one-year.
You need to complete all range classes (private range, beginners guide, sheepdog masterclass, and concealed carry live fire appointments within one year of the purchase date.)
There are no exceptions.
We only schedule a limited amount of people per year, so it is necessary for you to finish any purchased classes within 1 year of the purchase date.

One Time Offer Order Upgrades
We do not offer refunds on one-time-order special offers and upgrades. This includes the audiobook upgrade, extra range class or VIP upgrades, and second person add on upgrades. All sales are final.
